You could be a club captain, a young official, or even help as an assistant teacher or coach at your club.
The ASA have loads of resources and training courses to help you develop the skills needed to be great at these roles.
Young Aquatic Helper Workshop – this workshop is the perfect introduction to teaching and coaching, for 13 to 16 year olds.
Young Aquatic Leader Certificate – this workshop will give you the knowledge to go on and volunteer in any aquatic environment, building your knowledge and experience as an aquatic leader. For 14 to 19 year olds.
ASA Club Captain online guide – already a club captain? Want to be one? This interactive online resource will give you the knowledge and skills to effectively lead your club. If you’re under 14 it’ll be best that you ask an adult to help you work through it.
