After winning an incredible SIX INDIVIDUAL GOLDS and two silvers in the 14 Yrs age group at last year's ASA National Age Group Championships, Southport's Holly Hibbott has been working hard preparing for the 2015 season.
And if her first big competition of the year was anything to go by, her season could be a memorable one, as Hibbott set personal bests over 200m (2:02.24), 400m (4:13.86) and 800m Freestyle (8:41.39) competing against senior swimmers at the Flanders Cup in Belgium last month.
What's more, her 400m and 800m Free times made her the second fastest British 15-year old of all time in those events, behind Ellen Gandy and Rebecca Adlington respectively.
We caught up with Holly on her return from Belgium for our latest 'In The Spotlight' feature.

I wake up around 5:30 four mornings a week and train for two hours before going to school. I finish school at 3:00pm and go home for a snack then go back to the pool for another two hour session. Then I go home, have another meal, and it's off to bed.
When did you learn to swim and what is your first memory?
My dad has a swim school so I used to join in his lessons while I waited for my mum.
What is your greatest swimming achievement so far?
Silver medal at the European Juniors and getting the British age group 800 Freestyle record.
