The two British synchronised swimming duets have just returned from their lastest training camp in Mallorca where they were coached by Spanish four-time Olympic medallist Andrea Fuentes.
The four swimmers - Olivia Federici, Katie Clark, Genevieve Randall and Jodie Cowie - are working hard to prepare their routines for next year's Olympic Qualification Tournament where they will aim to secure a place in the Duet competition for Rio 2016.
Their latest camp was to strengthen the key elements of both their routines while they also took part in yoga sessions and discussed the importance of imagery and positive thinking.
