Double world champion James Guy kicked off his Olympic season in perfect fashion with two comfortable golds at the Flanders Speedo Cup in Antwerp.
The 20-year old Millfield swimmer, who will be hoping to compete at his first Olympic Games this summer, cruised to victories over 200m and 400m Freestyle in Belgium.
The British record holder clocked 1:46.91 for victory in the 200m Free – the seventh fastest time of his career – before doubling up over 400m Freestyle in 3.49:20.
Fran Halsall, Georgia Davies, Holly Hibbott and Katie Matts also won golden doubles at the two-day meet as British women claimed 14 out of 16 available titles.
Halsall bagged gold in the two events for which she is reigning Commonwealth champion – 50m Free and 50m Fly – while her teammate Davies touched ahead of domestic rival Lauren Quigley in both the 50m and 100m Backstroke.
Teenager Hibbott impressed to beat some experienced British swimmers in both the 400m and 800m Free while her training partner at Stockport Metro, Katie Matts, was crowned breaststroke queen after victories in the 100m and 200m Breast.
