Two teams headed by Sir Steve Redgrave and Freddie Flintoff will go head to head at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park this Friday, competing in five different Olympic sporting events, including synchronised swimming.
Nose clips at the ready
Nose pegs will be at the ready as singer and actor Will Young and comedian Russell Kane represent their teams in the pool. The pair will take on synchro in the Clash of the Titans event, supported in the water by a host of GB and ex-GB synchro athletes in what is certain to be two very memorable routines.
Tough training regime
The celebs have put in some intense training ahead of the showcase display, with hours and hours required to perfect their routines leading up to the Sport Relief event on Friday. Kane even tweeted to say he had been begging a friend to let him use their pool, so he could get some extra practice in:
Begging a friend to let me use her pool; not often you phone someone, sobbing, and explain you've accidentally become a synchronised swimmer— Russell Kane (@russell_kane) March 5, 2016
Tune in to BBC 1 from 7pm on Friday 18 March to see the stars take the plunge.
