Defending champions Solihull made smooth progress through the prelims of the Boys U19 competition of the 2015 ASA National Age Group Water Polo Championships.
The West Midlands side won three of their four matches in Group B, losing in a rematch against last year's runners-up City of Manchester but topping the group thanks to a superior goal difference.
City of Manchester's A team and Watford also progressed with three wins while City of Manchester B were the fourth team to qualify from Group B after victory over City of Leeds.
Last year's third and fourth placed teams also reached the Qualification stage, progressing through Group A.
Croydon Amphibians - who won the Boys U17 competition in 2014 as well as finishing fourth in the U19s - topped the group impressively with a perfect record of five wins from five.
Cheltenham, bronze medallists last year, weren't quite as emphatic as they squeezed through in the fourth qualification place behind Exeter and Lancaster with just two wins from five.
The Boys U19 Qualification round will take place over the weekend of 11 - 12 April in Watford.
